Most of our insole styles are sized by full shoe sizes, ensuring a true-to-size fit without any trimming required. However, should trimming be necessary, our products can be easily adjusted to provide the perfect fit.

We recommend replacing your insoles every 3-6 months, depending on their usage. The PowerStep insoles can be effortlessly removed and transferred between different pairs of shoes. For best results, we suggest purchasing a set of orthotics for each pair of shoes to prolong their lifespan.
